1994-2004 Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, University of Saarland Medical School in Homburg/Saar-Germany.
2002-2004 substitute of the chairman of the department, Prof. D. Kohn.
2003 post-doctoral thesis (habilitation) at the Medical Department of the University of Saarland (title „ACL tears in children“).
Fellow of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine.
Since September 2004 Head of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Centre Hospitalier of Luxembourg.
